The best part of this story that I heard was there was no danger to the woman eating the soup since the finger was thourly cook. So I think no reason for a law suit.

An update the finger was probaly planted by the woman in question. They think it might be from a dead brother. Money hungry idiots. Its not enough to get welfare but to try and sue Wendy's with a false claim is ridiculus.
