It's backfiring, struggling and only runs for 1-2 seconds before dying. Codes include the following:

RSTBD Warning horn in boat is not working properly. There will be no audible alarm in case of engine malfunction

STBD engine sensor - manifold absolute Pressure sensor is not working properly. This fault will result in reduction of engine performance.

STBD Temperature sensor - Engine air temperature sensor is not working properly.

STBD Engine sensor - Water pressure sensor is not working properly

STBD SENSOR -Pitot sensor is not working properly

STBD FUEL SENDER - fuel level sensor is not working properly

STBD Trim position sensor is not working properly
, I've replaced almost everything... almost. However, I decided to bring it in and the mechanic says he can send 25 hours looking for problems and still not sure after that how much it will be to fix these problems....

With all the senders not working the first think I would check is the 5V supply to the senders. You should find a good 5V on every sender

5v and ground. Also be aware the sensor ground is not the same as engine block ground. .. So measuring sensor 5v you have to put the multimeter negative to the sensor ground, not the engine block.

I just did an engine replacement and had similar demons. The fix for mine was to move the ground for the fuel injectors to its own stud on the back of the engine. I also believe that the 5.7 uses 2 knock sensors instead of one like the 5.0 mpi. There may also be the cam position sensor that( I believe) plugs into the distributor. My 5.0 mpi does not use a cam position sensor, only a crank position sensor, BTW, on my new long block, the CPS was bad too! I just did a 5.0 mpi long block swap and mine would crank, run for a bit then cough through the throttle body and die. It was also leaving the injectors open and pulling fuel into the crankcase. It’s not that bad-you can figure it out. It’s just a machine.
