Does anyone happen to know where to get an owner's manual for a 1996? For some reason it won't start and I need some help. thanks, Lana

You don't need an owner's manual as they are nonexistent most likely.

You need to find a repair manual for whatever model Yamaha motor is in her. Any more details about the not starting?
