Easy To Clean Pontoon Boat - Recommendations?

My 20' Tracker fishing barge is on a lake and never comes out of the water. We have lots of spiders and birds to content with. I have canvas covers on the seats and console.

However, I find the deck carpet gets a lot of bird droppings and now always smells bad and this is hard to clean with a power washer because:

1. Railings block water runoff from deck (no space between deck and railing).

2. Seats and console do not lend themselves to power washer because furniture-interface is not watertight. Too much water gets into the furniture and seams.

Are there any pontoons boats that can be cleaned with a power washer as easily as the decks of a sea going fishing boat. That is, the deck has appropriate run off, uses a material other than carpet, and has relatively waterproof furniture attachments to the deck that are designed for hose cleaning, rather than seams or crevices that will retain water and lead to moisture problems?

It seems all pontoon boats have designs that make cleaning more difficult than it need be.

put a 1/4 to 1/2 inch spacer between rail bottom and deck, ( just a piece of aluminum stock, cut and drilled, where rail in bolted to the deck) then water can run off.
