early 60,s Merc 3.9 fuel connector leaking

Trying to sell my 3.9 e/w those small Merc fuel connectors but unfortunately it is leaking fuel. is there any servicing I can do to stop the leaks which probably impacts the fuel suction also. the engine dies after a while

you spend the $11 and get a new Moeller bayonette fuel fitting or you follow this link and pull the fitting apart and replace the o-rings. http://aomci.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11896

however i have not had good luck pulling the bayonette fittings apart
