Aren't they a rebuilder, kinda like Jasper? No reason they shouldn't be ok.
I've had to deal with a few that are far from great, or even good.
Dirt in the engines visable when they fail in the rod and main bearings.
Seized pistons due poor honing and sizing.
Improper valve adjustments, leaky valves.
It takes a lot more than a fancy web site and a cheap price to make a good engine.
