If suspect there's water intrusion in the lower cylinder, the plug's tip should look rusty after some run hours at open water, how much rusty, will depend entirely on how much water entered that particular cylinder. Assume that head gasket has not been re torqued to specs since new, right ?

Why isn't the standard NGK spark plugs Yam calls for not being used, those plugs are ideal to be run at constant high rpm, say when cruising for long time periods. A matter to check which ohm meter model was used at the factory, which surely differs from the one you used. Yep, not much out of factory specs...

I think I found my problem, fuel starvation. I pulled my fuel pump today and found this.

I did look inside and can see carbon on the #2, doesnt look much different then the other pistons. #3 looks fouled like that after idling for a few minutes. I did another ohm test this morning while the engine was cold, I'm getting 3560 from red to blue when specs say it should be 3600-4200. Would that be anything to consider? It's not much out of spec at all
copper temp coefficient....cold morning low resistance.
