hello everyone,
rookie with a question. I have an '03 Crownline with a 5.7 GL/B duoprop. We took the boat out this last weekend and cruised for 4 or 5 hours. The only problem I had was when trying to shift into either forward or reverse it is very hard. As soon as it goes in gear everything runs fine. The initial movement was what seemed to be the hardest. After the shifter started to move it continued into gear with no problems. I don't remember it being that difficult last season. If I push in the release and just move the throttle it moves very smooth. Any ideas on what to start checking would be appreciated.
