Hi, I'm new to boating and have a question. How can you tell what stroke the engine is? It's a 1965 two cylinder out board. 40HP. I am trying to purchase service manual on Ebay and they are all for a two stroke. Thanks for any advice.
It is a two-stroke. They were made in both Selectric Shift and Manual Shift. Ken Cook has the real thing factory manuals. I think it is outboardbooks.com
