IMO I would contact the manufacturer and bypass the dealer. Regardless on how the water got there it is absolutely the manufacturer that did not properly install the garboard plug......

I feel your frustration and pain...... of course the dealer will NEVER take any blame it may cost them a few pennies. Call the manufacturer and reference your posts. http://www.hurricaneboats.com/

Bear I agree with Bob here contact the manufacturer about this issue . We expect to find issues on our resto projects but on a brand new boat the only issue I would expect to find is not enough cup holders .
