I Just Picked Up A 84 4winns Santara With A Dual Battery System, My Question Is Do I Need Both Batteries To Try And Start The Engine? The Boat Is Still Wrapped So I Don't Really Know What I Have Yet. Thanks

No -- but if the boat has a dual battery switch the switch needs to be set to whatever battery you have. And don't run the boat without water.
