1998 DT85, #3 cylinder dead and #2 cylinder seems to not be contributing fully.

*Carbs rebuilt by pro recently, I pulled #3 and cleaned/blew circuits.
*130 psi compression on all cylinders.
*Spark on all cyl. will jump 1.25 inch on spark gap tester (blue and snaps).
*Plug has fuel on when removed
*Sprayed carb cleaner around intake areas (no change)
*Tested throttle position sensor (not in lake as per manual), 8 volts AC input at idle and .6 DC volts output at idle and I got 1.6 volts out of it increasing throttle lever.?
*Checked timing...fluctuates around the 2-6 ATDC...(again,with muffs on)
*Coil swap..no change.
*Scoped secondary, all Cylinders look same.
*Scoped pulse coils and did note differences in cylinders: #1 is 10v peak-peak, #2 is 4v peak-peak and #3 is 7v peak-peak.?
*Scoped primary with amp clamp and all cyl looked the same with the exception of #2 waveform breaking up a time or two..?

Still got a bad running Zuk and a bad headache to boot:) Thanks for any help!

Sounds like a fuel issue. Try spraying some mixed gas in the carbs while you are having this problem and see if they fire. Are you treating your gas after every fill up? has the gas sat for awhile? Good luck.
