DT 115 701622 Getting Hot

Melted temp sensor but pumping water out of indicator. Removed Thermostat to check and plenty of water moving through cavity for thermostat. Please help & Thank You in Advance.

did you test to see if stat is opening properly(temp and gap) in a pot of water while heating it up?

Yes & it was opening correct. Without the thermostat it still gets warm. It's moving water on the hose and in a trough.

When last did you change the impeller? Water might flow with an old impeller but it might not be enough, the tell tale need to be strong and a lot of water needs to pump out the "sneeze holes" just under the cowling ...
