Dry Launch

Good morning.... I finally found a set of trailer lights that work more than the home improvement stores one year wonders..... It is a company called "Dry Launch." They work well even though the technology on them is really different... but makes sense at the same time. I have another trailer I want to put these on but found out/suspect that "Dry Launch" went out of business.... If so, does anybody know of another company that used the same open bottom technology/idea?

And if that is not enough, is there a pair of tail lights, perhaps LED, that last forever... well... for a couple years anyway...... that you can recommend?

Any of the waterproof LED lights will do the trick.
I have Optronics on my trailer but others work as well

I had Wesbar on my FourWinns trailer. Only had to replace them once and that was due to my tire kicking something up which knocked off the red lens - light continued to function without issue.

Not sure what Eagle used on my Chap trailer but they're LED and I honestly wouldn't go back to conventional bulbs. I launch with my trailer plugged in to the truck....4 yrs, no issues.

I bought a set of sealed LEDs from O'Reilly's and swapped out all my trailer lights. Been working great for several years.

Any LED lights should work just make sure the lights you get say submersible and not just waterproof.

LED’s for a boat trailer work great I only had to replace one. Cause I backed in to my fence!

I just unplug them when backing in. seems to work fine.

You can't beat those LED trailer lights.

You can unplug incandescents when launching/recieving, but all you have to do is forget once and when those hot incandescent bulbs hit the cool water....pop!

I had an LED set on my last trailer. It was great. No more burned out bulbs, popped bulbs or corroded sockets.

When my current trailer lights start to act up, I'll do the switch.

I had Wesbar submersible (bell jar principal) on my last trailer. I unplug every time (can't possibly forget because its on my checklist). After 35 years I sold the boat and it still had the original bulbs.

Right now I have about 10 years on a pair of marine grade LEDs.

Mine has a metal pin that can be inserted to deactivate the brakes. Regardless, if you have LEDs, no need to unplug.

I put a set of these on about 5 years ago and have not had to touch them since. Excellent!
This is 100% salt water...just make sure you have good grounds....
I hooked up my ammeter to them for fun and with the running lights on they only draw 1/2 amp!
With the old lights it was always every year, fooling with them to get them to work. No more!
