I have a 1964 Sea Nymph and would like to locate the original aluminum plug with rubber gasket for it.

Welcome aboard! Is there a difference in size from newer ones? I have a couple from the 70's

A google search for "1 in NPT plug" yields lots of results... You are not going to find the "original plug" from some vendor listed as "64 sea nymph drain plug" or anything like that; it just aint gonna happen. Focus on finding something with the same thread pattern that fits, you can always sandwich an oring on there and see if it works.

You could use one of those rubber expansion types, you turn a small T handle and the rubber expands into the opening and seals it.
