Afternoon working on a boat with a volvo pents dp280 drive noticed that the most aft prop is bent. Ive Dti the shaft and the run out is about 0.18mm. Would anyone be able to advise what the maximum run out is and is 0.18mm with in tolerance Many thanks

You’re ok I’d say. Most common what you’re seeing is deflection as a result of a few things. Like prop casting tolerance, all the give there is in the prop assembly and also the back lash and float expected from it all in a condition with no load on the gearing and no float of oil amongst the gearing etc etc. I think if you spin any prop of any boat on a trailer, you’ll see some sort of similar deflection too.
