Looking for some pointers on how to make this project a little less stressful.

Looking for advice on best way to cut out stringers as well as which order I do the steps.

As of now I have started cutting out the floor. The stringers need to be replaced. I need to cut out the rest of the floor but where do I stop? I was just going to cut all of floor out until I have a 4 or so inch border of the old floor border to attach new floor to. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Next question is how do I remove the remainder of wood going into the fiberglass at the floor on top of Hull? I've read that a small grinder will work but I am not seeing how...

Third question is how do you make sure all stringers are flush with bottom of floorboard. My guess would be to tie lines above?

Forth, do I fiberglass over top of new stringers or just go up half way?

Lastly, what's the best material and way to attach a new floor to old "border"

Thank you very much in advance for the knowledge. I will try my best to keep pictures updated through the restoration. , Tanner

Your best bet is to start reading the hundreds of threads here on this exact subject, should keep you busy for a few weeks, this will give you a better idea of the work ahead and it'll be less stressful, after that you'll have different questions more specific to your project.

The best way to get your questions answered is to Search the forum and Read and See what others have done. The basics of everything you've asked have been covered Hundreds of times. Boats are NOT that much different and what others have done will be almost exactly what you need to do. The second link in my signature line will be a good start for you.
