I deal with this type of crap everyday...<br /><br />find a good TIG welder, they can build the bolt shank up from within the hole, with a large head so that voce grips will grab it, and then you can back it out.

well loks like you will have success as there are a lot of excellant ideas here, later though snap on makes a really nice extractor set and they are shallow so the stud does not expand and tighten in the threads as the standard tapered extractor set does, the set costs about 100 bucks and well worth it, well thats my little tidbit of info! ha ha!
