Does the Lower engine mount wear out?

Look inside the large metal ring, where the rubber is connected to the small metal ring. There may be cracks there. What I can see looks good......fresh water is so nice....

Fixed many just by tightening as they do work loose. I would try this first.

I was able to get a half turn on each, maybe 3/4, but that seems to have taken up the movement. I'll know more when I get it on the water.
