Does anyone have the link to the Tahoe Q4 Smart Tab Installation thread?

I have searched for it, seen some pictures but have not found anything like an installation thread. I called Nauticus and they searched for it but could not find it. They said it was on here somewhere though. Here is the pictures of my boat transom and I think I know where to put them, which is on the inside of the rounded part, as close to the outside as possible, which is about 12 inches away from center. What I don't know is where to move everything else and how to do it. I am thinking I will have to move my tie downs and my transducer for my fish finder. If someone could explain that or if anyone has any photos of how they did it I would appreciate it. The photos of my transom are from a cell phone and are enlarged which is why they are blurry a little bit..

I agree with where you need to install them. If you check out my posts in this forum, I have a very detailed installation with pictures of my install on my Q6. If you use my method and your location, I think you will be fine. Just do a search in this forum for Smart tabs.

It's hard to tell from your pictures, but it looks like it is going to be a tight fit. I see a speed sensor on the starboard side, how much room do you have between the tie downs etc.?

I will have to move the transducer on the starboard side more towards the middle for them to fit. I actually found a 3 year old post from a guy that said he had pics of his install and he luckily still had them. He emailed them to me so that was a big help....I actually just ordered them so hopefully I can install them this weekend and I will post pics also. How would I seal the holes that mounted the transducer on the starboard side? Just use that 5200 epoxy? Will that be all I need to seal them?

The 3M 5200 epoxy should be fine. Make sure you call nauticus and just tell them your boats make and model to see if you need the special fittings. If you check out my install there are some hints on doing the install that might help you also.
