Distribution housing leak?

Hi all,

Back again with another issue! If anyone has been following along my other threads I have now essentially rebuilt the outdrive as well as both trim cylinders. Took the boat out 2 days ago for one last ride and to get the stabilizer moving through. Everything ran as it should! The speedometer even works now for the first time in, 6 years?! (It had been crushed upon inspection behind the outdrive - I cut the damaged part out and spliced in a small section of new tubing and voila!)

Had the boat back on the trailer, did the oil/filter change and drained the motor down. Put the drain plugs back in (this is single point drain but I removed the blue drain plugs as well) and upon putting AF in noticed a dripping leak way down low. All of a sudden there's a leak where the blue plug inserts (looks to be just underneath it) at the distribution housing (as seen in picture - white arrow). I guess it's not the end of the world if the AF comes out since it's drained down anyways but is there any simplified version of fixing this assuming it's not under much pressure (ie JB weld, etc.) or should I just be replacing the housing?

Also, it's not the plug - o ring is intact and I swapped it with the upper plug which doesn't leak and it leaks the exact same way.

Getting it wrapped today so this is not really the greatest time to have this happen!

Thanks all for any input,
Dan

Double check if the old o-ring gut stuck on the face and there isn't 2 there now. If no to double rings then guess it's cracked
