go to mercruiserparts.com, search "by pictures" for parts for your outboard according to serial number. There will be exploded views of the various systems in your engine, including fuel pump. My Merc 110 is a little newer than yours, but the fuel pump re-build was very easy. I just carefully re-assembled with new parts (diaphragms and gaskets) what I disassembled.<br /><br />This might be a diagram of your fuel pump, but you should double check as described above, based on your actual serial number, and whether the diagram seems to make sense for you. Be aware, there may be extra parts in your fuel pump kit. There was one extra gasket in mine - verified both by the way the pump was when I took it apart, and the actual service manual diagram. So, just pay real close attention when you disassemble it, and reassemble accordingly.<br /><br />
