Friends 1999 Suzuki four stroke motor has a temp alarm after abot 15 minutes of 3/4 throttle running. About 5200 rpm. He recently purchased it with a report that the water pump kit was recently replaced. Tell-tale seemed a little blocked and flows a good stream after a cleaning. The middle section of the motor, under the powerhead and about the lower unit, refered to as the drive shaft housing has some water coming from the front of the motor through a couple of weep holes. This section of the motor seems to be excessively hot. Is this common or a sign of a specific problem. I am wondering if the water line grommets may not be good or the pipe is not lined up correctly in this section....???
