I am thinking of installing a hardtop on my 18' Starcraft but I don't want to pay $1000.00+. <br />Was thinking about using 1/4" polycarbonate mounted on rubber mounts canted towards the bow to reduce drag and push the bow down (I have power trim so I think I could compensate) ,structural support would be 1" square aluminum tubing.<br />I looked into using a T-top but they mount on the deck and would be in the way.<br />Any ideas or thoughts??<br />Mike
