Delayed Ignition Fuel Pump

Hi, I am experiencing the same fault on my 2002 Mercury 200 efi.
- 20 second delay before fuel pump switches on and then continuous alarm
- No spark at spark plugs
- all fuses good
- Main power relay good
Any help will be appreciated

No it is the V6 2.5 Two stroke motor

When the key is turned to "run" position, without cranking then the alarm beep does not sound and the main power relay does not click and neither does the fuel pump start. 20 seconds later however the fuel pump starts running continuously and the alarm sound continuously. The motor does crank when the key is turned further, but there is no spark on any of the plugs. I did an ohm test on the crank position sensor an it measured correctly.

Yes, Kill switch is open and not shorted to earth
