Hey again everyone, i will be replacing all the wood decking on my 16' aluminum bass tracker and was wondering if anybody on here can give me some good advice on the thickness of wood to use and do i just use treated wood.. Also i would like to replace the foam while i have the floor removed since it is in pretty bad shape. Iam not sure on what foam to use or where to get it from, i did a search and found that some people have used polystyrene blocks. is this a good idea and where do i get it from? Thanks alot in advance fellas

Whatever thickness your plywood is that's in your boat is the thickness you should buy so your hatches and hardware will work.

Don't use regular treated plywood, use CDX or something similar... you want an exterior grade glue. The chemicals in the treated will eat your aluminum.

You can get the foam at Home Depot or Lowes, it's the blue or pink sheets... the blue is a little better than the pink.
