Deck Paint

I have a 22' bay boat that has the diamond grooving on the deck in the high traffic areas. Of course its white and is extreamly hard to clean. I would like to paint the grooved areas with a grey or silver paint to help hide the dirt and scuffs. I've found a few non-skid products, but i'm afraid that they'll be to thick and might fill in the grooves on the deck. Is there a paint that I could use that would be durable enough for this?
