Deck Edging Rubber Insert

On the latest pontoon project, while tearing down all the old rubber that went into the deck edging to hide the screws totally disintegrated almost. I will post pics of it later of what it looked like, but is there anywhere that you folks know about where i could find this stuff?

Your description left a lot to the imagination. But if it was a long strip of rubber that fit into channels, know that there are lots of companies that sell stuff like that under names like "rubber insert" or "vinyl insert". The key is to get a piece so you can see the shape and dimensions of the cross section. Then you'll need to compare that to the various types available.
