This is for the deck boat owners, where are your trolling motor batteries located in the engine compartment? Are they behind the trim pump? I am getting reading to finish my trolling motor installation and all i have left is putting the batteries in, just looking to see where everyone else's are.

On my 195, inside the left bench seat storage area there is a hatch at the back that allows you into the area designed to hold two batteries. That is where they were installed by the dealer on my 2010 model. You also have a little access from the engine compartment. Please take note, neither of them is easy to access.

Sorry, I do not have a picture. I have put my boat away for the winter since I live in Colorado or I would take one for you.

Lift out port aft cushion , at the aft of that compartment should be an access panel to install a battery tray for trolling battery. Not an easy task.

Were you able to find the "pre-wired" wiring? Just curios what length shaft trolling motor did you go with?

My 215 has the two trolling motor batteries under the rear, port side bench. They are in the same compartment as the two swivel seats.
