Change your dry food up if you need to. Different brands provide different levels of nutrition and gas
Might add an egg or some leftover table meat to the dry food too. I'm not crazy about the canned moist stuff myself ... dog doesn't like it either 
I know what eggs and venison can do to me ... I fear a gas explosion if I were to do that to this dog! LOL!
