First, I would like to thank Joe Reeves again for his generous and knowlegable information in helping me solve an electrical/tachometer question.
My question is; I am wondering if the cavity underneath the voltage regulator/rectifier on a v6 evinrude crossflow fills up completly with water when the engine is running, or is it only splash up for cooling the regulator?
