As a career dog face, fishing was hard to come by. My question is? What are some of the best crappie jigs? What is the best way to fish them? Can they be fished at the same time as live bait? What would be a recommended crappie rig?
I have success using small brightly coloured jigs. The rig I use is a slip bobber and I run the jig only about 1 to 2 feet under the bobber I use 2 small split shots near the jig and 1 just above the bobber so when I pull on the line the jig moves up and down between the split shots.
