It would need disassembled to weld it.... so why not replace it with a used unit? Check ebay, you can find one for about $200. Also I would want to know why/how it cracked in the first place...
I cracked my Bravo gimbal a few years ago backing off my trailer and right into a rock. I got a brand new one that had been removed and replaced with a heavy duty unit on a go fast boat. I think I paid $800 for it. They list for substantially more than that.
