Crack in Fuel/Vapour Separator

Hi, I just pulled by boat out of winter storage and started it up and noticed a lot of water coming out of a component at the back of the engine. It looks like it is cracked. I think that it's the fuel/vapour separator. I've attached some pictures. Any help would be appreciated, including part number and estimated cost to repair. I could do it my self but maybe with my poor performance in winterizing the boat maybe I should leave it for the professionals.

If this is taken out of the boat do you think that it could be repaired. i.e. welded

That is not the power steering cooler, that is the fuel reservoir/vapor seperator with the high pressure fuel pump, it is going to be an expensive repair.

I was thinking of taking off the paint and using JB Weld to try to repair. The engine runs fine even though there is water spewing from this component. Hopefully the JB Weld will hold since it shouldn't have a ton of pressure. Any thoughts????
