Cowling Problems

I have a 1971 Johnson35 HP. The bottom cowling where the top cowling/cover locks into plce has broken off. Is there any replacement that i can use or buy? If so where can I purchase it?

Hi Krryco,<br /> First we need to figure out what you've got, as there was no such animal as a 1971 Johnson 35hp. Is it actually a 33hp or could it be a later or earlier model? They made 35s in the 1950s and again in the late 1970s/1980s. Look for the model number on the clamp bracket assembly...<br />- Scott
