Look around and call a few upolstery shops most can make you a custom cover or ask around a few marinas.

All used giant tarps for storage and all but one kept his boat in the water. Is the windshield protection for flying stones while towing?

I had a full cover because a cover that just goes over the cockpit wouldn't stay on while trailering it. The snaps around the windshield would not hold it on. The trailering cover had grommets spaced out around so i could use bungy cords to hold it on.Alot of wind running at 60 mph.

I called on a custom built, high quality cover for mine, $1200 range. I'll be building a boat house for about that much instead.

Here's what I have...It is custom. Not exactly cheap, but he added the zip entry as you can see and it fits over the setup top bimini cover like as shown on the water. It's heavy duty and has lasted 10 years and still has some good life in it. The boat is stored outside year round too. The boat is a 95, but is in such great shape because of that cover. Totally worth the money, especially with a beaute like your boat.
