converting torque wrench lbs/foot to inches

i have replaced the head gasket on my motor...calls for 120 lbs / inch.... i have torque wrench for foot pounds.... can i convert this and use this wrench?

I have both wrenches but if i'm not mistaking that would be about 10 to 12 ft pounds...
I'm sure someone will correct me..

1 foot pound = 12 inch pounds. or out another way
12 in/lb= 1ft/lb

Sounds too simple, but that's the way it works.
