Conversion '98 15 HP

How does one convert my long shaft 15 HP '98 Johnson to short shaft and what are the problems one gets into doing the conversion?<br />THANKS<br />Bon

Welcome Bob!<br /><br />Pretty easy really.....basically all ya' need is the short drive shaft and shift rod. Remove the extension piece. You should not have any problems.
