Ill start by asking a question, what is the corporate way?
Here are my thoughts, the chairman calls the meeting of boards of directors to order, and the first thing on the agenda is the pay for the CEO of the company.
So for looks legit, right? Look a bit further on most of the Boards, I think you will find that the CEO has appointed friends and collogues and that he sits on there board of directors also.
In other words they are voting on each others pay, nice gig if you can get it. Plus they get a sit amount of pay for each board meeting. You have a bunch of corporate chieftains sitting on each other's boards, giving each other huge compensation packages. Looks like a license to steal from the stockholders to me
