control box neutral switch

i need to replace the neutral switch in the control box for a 60hp johnson. i'm needing know where i might find that part?

Is it possible to temporarily bypass the neutral safety switch. I know that it is there for safety reason and it could be dangerous to bypass it, but could it be done in an emergency.
