console help

ive converted my old jon boat to remote steering, im having trouble coming up with a good design does anyone have any ideas boat is 16'. thank you for your help.

im doing the same thing on my boat and what im doing in closing in the bow and mounting everything on that

i have done this on 3 boats, i did not use the console, i used the engine remote on the right, and ezglide stick steering on the left. left the boat open, for great fishing.
