Well I got the Conroy home today (this is my first boat) and really checked it over. Well it is way worst then I though, rot every were, I just hope I can use it for the summer and do the repairs over the winter.

I closed the center window and it does not meet up with the other glass, just falls through. Does this mean that the boat is spreading apart? if so, can this be repaired or is the boat junk?

Some photos of what you are seeing and more information will help people give you more accurate answers. The windows not meeting in the middle may not mean anything, for example, it may just be that the screws/bolts have come loose or metal twisted so that they are no longer in alignment. What do you mean by 'rot everywhere'? If that is true and you have rotten stringers, transom etc it may not be safe to use this boat until it's fixed.

Sorry to bring bad news but there is a tonne of info and help available in these forums.
