Re: Concerned neighbor

That is a great picture QC...
This is a happy highjacking... :joyous:
I'm going through pics at work... some old stuff here! We camped out one night at a nearby park and awoke to this...
I felt bad for the guy but took some pictures when he wasn't looking.

Glad it was a mod that said that. Not going to say if I have ever done that or not.

Re: Concerned neighbor

So back to the topic at hand....we are still on the original topic correct? Each of our 50 states are surprisingly different so the combination of answers I suppose so can be all over the board just by that basis alone. As an example just in my little 4 state region, MN has and almost always has had low unemployment (our little secret however is we have a gigantic number of government employees as compared to our most similar state of Colorado), North Dakota has less than the natural rate of unemployment/the lowest in the country, Wisconsin is relatively healthy as well and we don't hear much about South Dakota other than they don't have a state income tax. While our housing prices didn't rise as high as some other states, they didn't fall as far either thus making the downturn in some ways less awful here.

Pick 4 other nearby states and you will likely get a totally different outlook.

And we thought we'd steered this one away from the fence... I have some really nice fish photos if anyone's interested....

Oh I see, I've been gone a few days. Hoping to start fishing this summer but the real problem is our lack of ability to fillet what we catch.
