I have a pancake compressor too but I use my main compressor for projects in the house. I have enough hose to reach every inch of my house. The pancake is only used for my rental houses or friends houses.

Bruce, I would need almost 300 feet of hose to reach the house from the shop and that would not include going into the house. My shop sits quite a ways from my house, which is why I have the pancake as well as a 5 gallon twin tank compressor.
