Compression of 40 hp Evinrude

Could someone please tell me what the factory spec for my 40 hp Envinrude VRO it is a 1991 model.<br /><br />Thanks

Hi Dave I have a 90 model 40 hp & my fatherinlaw has a 92 both engines have about same compression<br />130 - 140 psi & 5-10 difference between cylinders.<br />Hope this helps you good luck.
