component identification

Hello Everyone
I bought a used Mer 650 outboard motor serial 4382475 (what year ? maybe 1976)
the previous owner say it has been sitting for 8 years ,anyway it has no spark .I try to identify all the parts before doing any repair.
So can anyone tell me in the photo with red arrows what they are and the type of ignition system my motor use

It does come up as a 1976:
