Found what looks like a set screw so I backed it off a little. The handle does move easier. The only issue, I guess, will be if the handl moves while underway. Yup, bringing the tools to tighten it if needed....20260813_141356.jpg

That is the friction screw, but that doesn't have any issue with shifting, it's only used to hold throttle where it's moved if you remove your hand

I personally want the throttle to back off if I take my hand off it, so I prefer less friction

I thought the throttle lever was stiff all the way through, mis read that.
