Clear Tape with great hold on plastic

The issue: Have 600 labels that need to be taped to semi rough plastic tops. Something like Rubber made Tritan plastic. Labels are 2x3 inch. Have tried packing tape but that doesn't hold either

Don't want to get into high dollar 3M or other double sided tape. Look for something that would go on with something like a tape packing gun

Clear house wrap seam tape comes to mind. It is often exposed to weather for a long time during construction. ....width may be too wide for a tape gun.

The only thing I found to stick to rubbermade plastic totes was painters tape and use a sharpie. not sure what kind of adhesive they use, however that is how I label the totes in the garage

however that defeats the purpose of the label.

would be worth a try

you can get the gorilla tape for a dispenser

Maybe a contact cement or other adhesive under the label instead of tape over...

Tire repair glue ( vulcanizing cement ) from the auto parts store will do what you want.
