Hi, Ihave a 50-55hp chrysler outboard. Model number is 557HE. What year is it? Also, is there anywhere online where i can get a water pump impeller, and thermostat? Thanks
Motor looks like a 1973. You should be able to find what you are looking for here. The impeller is a 18-3084 you can buy it online here chrysler 55hp impeller or probably get it cheaper at NAPA.<br />Or a Mercury quick silver 47-F433065-2 is what mercury shows on their web site. This is a 6 blade impeller versus the 12 blade. NAPA probably sells this as a 18-3065.<br /><br />Mercury site says your thermostat is a F97068-1 however they are showing they dont have it anymore. Here is a link to mercurys web site. They may have cross referenced it to a different part. You will need items 81,82, and 83. mercury online
