I found an old buccaneer I'm considering buying and restoring but I have one concern. It is sitting on the trailer and the bottom has collapsed in from the weight of the boat....probably been on the trailer for years. How serious of a problem do you guys think this would be? any help or advice appreciated!!!!

Welcome to iboats.

RUN AWAY!!! I would not take a boat with a collapsed hull even for free. The ONLY saving grace may be the trailer to sell but FORGET that boat. Probably not what you wanted to hear but it is true.

That is a VERY VERY serious problem.
